An Important Update From True Potential Chief Executive, Daniel Harrison

An Important Update From True Potential Chief Executive, Daniel Harrison

Following the latest government advice, the senior management at True Potential has taken the decision to implement full home working for our employees with immediate effect.

I want to reassure you that I anticipate no disruption to our services and the way you access your money with us.

We have built True Potential as a digital business over many years, meaning we have robust backup, communications and remote working systems already in place.

This enables us to move seamlessly to home working and provide you with the same level of service as usual.

The best way for you to contact our head office or your adviser is by sending a secure message through your online account or the True Potential app.

You can access all the usual services through your account without disruption. We aim to run at normal capacity however, there may be the occasional, inevitable delay in responding due to the volume of enquiries we receive.

Please subscribe to our social media channels to stay in touch with our latest updates. Every weekday we share a new video in our ‘Morning Markets’ series, which provides a short 2-3 minute summary of the most important changes to investments markets that day.

We also share our weekly podcast, ‘Do More With Your Money‘, which goes more in-depth with our senior team and covers investments, politics, personal finance and our latest developments at True Potential to help you do more with your money.

Turn on notifications to ensure you don’t miss an update.

We take the wellbeing of all our clients and employees extremely seriously. Please follow the latest NHS coronavirus advice, which can be found at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

True Potential is committed to helping the local community do more during these challenging times. That’s why, True Potential and its staff, in partnership with the Harrison Foundation, are donating over £6,000 to the Tynedale Hospice at home. The Hospice offers three vital front-line services; nursing care, hospital transport and pre and post bereavement support in the Tynedale, Ponteland and West Northumberland.
