General Election Polling Update

As the election campaign begins in earnest it is useful to examine recent polling data. It appears Boris Johnson seems to have revived Tory electoral fortunes since their low in June. This is seen in the polling data below, which shows how poll ratings for the Conservative Party have improved remarkably and have managed to open a significant lead ahead of Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour Party.

Whilst other polling data indicates slightly different figures, the theme of a robust Conservative lead is common, indicating perhaps that Conservative messaging on the economy, the NHS and most of all Brexit is getting a good reception by voters.
