Managing My Financial Journey – Course now open!

We’re delighted to announce that registrations are now open for the third in our series of personal finance courses, in partnership with the Open University.

Managing My Financial Journey’ will join Managing my Moneyand ‘Managing my Investments’ as part of our True Potential Centre of Public Understanding of Finance (PUFin) online courses, available on FutureLearn.

These courses have been designed on encourage people to take ownership of their finances as the course busts the jargon and industry speak, with engaging and interactive content.

You’re invited to, again, follow Director of True Potential PUFin, Mark Upton as he covers the origins and development of the financial services industry in the UK, products currently on the market and regulation and consumer rights.

Martin has said;

“We feel that financial education has a huge part to play in keeping the nation’s financial health on track, our first two courses (‘Managing My Money’ and ‘Managing My Investments’) highlighted a huge appetite for it, and we look forward to encouraging the next generation of financeocrats.”

It is our firm belief that by arming the public with a stronger understanding of their finances and financial products available to them, we can create a positive saving culture, now and in the future. That’s why True Potential has committed £1.4 million of funding to the development of True Potential PUFin over the next five years.
