Christopher Day is the User Experience Designer for tpinvestor.com, responsible for ensuring the website is user friendly and as clear as possible.
Tell us about your role in the re-development of tpinvestor.com?
As a User Experience designer, it has been my duty to make sure the client finds the experience of using True Potential Investor as positive, easy to understand, and as visually pleasing as possible.
What makes True Potential Investor innovative?
True Potential Investor allows you to track, top-up and manage your investments anywhere, anytime, across multiple platforms, really allowing you to stay on top of your investments.
When setting up your account, True Potential Investor gives you honest and realistic feedback as to how much you can afford, and realistic projections at the end of your investment goal.
What are you most proud of with the new project?
From a User Experience perspective, there’s more clarity about which portfolio a client may be suitable for and why. The number of clients completing the process from start/finish with positive feedback has greatly increased
What are the most important things to consider for first time investors?
Start young – Whatever it is you’re investing for, even if it is just a little amount each month, you can always increase this easily using the True Potential Investor platform.
Set realistic targets and stick to them where possible – you’ll be surprised at how much you can accumulate over a period of time.

What are you most excited about for the future of True Potential Investor?
