Thinking Digital Sessions – Fintech & the North East

We were delighted to feature at the ‘Thinking Digital Sessions – Fintech & The North East’ event in Newcastle last week.
Paul Outterside, one of the key members of our development team for the past ten years, was one of five experts on a panel at the event. Paul presented the True Potential story, before fielding questions from the event moderator and audience.
Fintech has always been at the forefront of everything we do at True Potential Investor, and Paul has worked on projects including our mobile apps and HMTreasury’s Pension Dashboard. He is currently working on improving client engagement and experience via the True Potential Investor service.
The main theme of the ‘Thinking Digital Sessions – Fintech & The North East’ was how new graduates are made aware of existing opportunities in the region, rather than being required to move to London for fintech jobs. Paul and the panel also discussed how to attract more tech companies to the North East.
At True Potential Investor, we are proud to be based in Newcastle, and have actively taken on graduates and apprentices from the region. Paul shared our success story, and hopefully inspired future fintech successes within the audience.
