Peter Bould, author of Tackling The Savings Gap, presents True Potential Investor’s reaction to the Autumn Budget 2017. Chancellor Philip Hammond presented the Budget on Wednesday, with key points covering Brexit, housing, personal taxation, and UK growth forecast. Mr Hammond styled the Budget as “forward thinking”, and he also took the opportunity to show his lighter side, with jokes about Theresa May’s cough sweets and Jeremy Clarkson’s electric car views.
