We were proud to see our Managing Partner, David Harrison, named Entrepreneur Of The Year by the Entrepreneurs’ Forum at their annual awards this past Friday evening.
Taking place at Newcastle’s Crown Plaza hotel, the awards ceremony recognised his “proven track record in business growth and entrepreneurialism.”
The win comes just a few months after David accepted the European Business Of The Year Award, at the European Business Awards in Dubrovnik this past May.
Speaking about this latest success, David said, “I am very humbled to have won this award, especially as the North East is home to some of the country’s most inspiring and successful entrepreneurs. The word entrepreneur means different things to different people, but to me it’s about the ability to bring together excellent teams of people who can take the entrepreneurial journey with you and deliver on your ideas, creativity and drive.”
David’s business success goes back to 1997, when he founded financial services firm Positive Solutions. In 2007 he became Managing Partner of True Potential. He is a regular commentator on the UK’s savings gap crisis and has featured in coverage by the BBC, The Times and The Guardian.
